Pam and I have certain values that we live by, which guide our businesses. These values are also the foundation for the culture we want to build in the Business Besties Mastermind. We believe in honesty, communication, integrity, and a growth mindset. For us, business is not about success at any cost but about building a life that makes you proud and happy and that supports family and personal relationships. Do your core values align with ours?

Do you have a long-term vision for your business?

Without a long-term vision, it’s easy to quit because you don’t have that deep “why” or a sense of purpose.
