Our Chat with Guest: Jessica Sato about embracing changing directions in business

Today, we’re talking about the topic of changing directions as an entrepreneur. Many entrepreneurs start out with a clear idea of what they want to do, but as they gain experience and their business grows, they may find themselves wanting to pivot in a different direction. Jessica has spent some time in these last few months looking into herself to embrace a change in who she serves in her business and how they can serve the world. We did have a few laughs in here along with a discussion on boy bands 🎸!

Welcome back to another episode. We are so excited to be hosting another one of our Biz besties to share with you a little bit of her own story and a little bit of her own wisdom. And maybe a few laughs. We’re so excited today. Teri and I are here with our friend Jessica Sato from Jessica Sato Consulting.

We’re so happy to have you here, Jessica. Won’t you tell us a little bit about yourself and your business what you do and who you serve? First of all, I love that I get to be a business bestie. That makes me so happy. Okay, let’s see. I live in Colorado Springs and I have the joy and honor of working with female founders and social impact entrepreneurs who are looking to do more good in the world using their businesses.

I’ve been in this space for a long time working with entrepreneurs, business leaders, executives, but it’s only been probably in the last six to eight months that I’ve really started focusing on how we can help close the gap on some of the world’s biggest problems using our businesses. And there’s just so much compelling data that gives people an incentive.
